The prices on this website are effective and are updated on a regular basis. Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices on this website supercede pricing in all previous catalogs. When ordering by phone, you will be notified of any price adjustments. For mail and/or fax orders, please include your phone number so that we can notify you of any price changes. Terra Tech’s privacy policy states it will not share any information with anyone. All prices are F.O.B. shipping point unless otherwise stated.

Merchandise

Products listed on this website may change without notice. If a material change has been made to any ordered product, we will notify you prior to shipping.

Returns

Our warranties are based on the warranty policies set forth by the manufacturers of the product. If you have not used a product and simply want to exchange then please call our friendly staff to set up a return. If an ordered product does not meet your needs or expectations call a customer service representative for a return authorization number. We will assist you in arranging for its return. To obtain a credit for refund or exchange, returned merchandise must be in new condition and unused. Except in cases of shipping errors, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Custom order sales are final. Special order merchandise and parts as well as merchandise provided pursuant to a quote is subject to a restocking charge.

Damaged Shipments

We strive to package your order so that it will reach you in good condition. The carrier assumes responsibility for safe delivery when they accept the package. If your package arrives damaged, notify the carrier immediately. Hold the merchandise and packing material for their inspection.
 After notifying the carrier, call a Terra Tech customer service representative. Please describe the damage, and have your order number and packing list in hand so we can promptly replace the product.

Backorders

We take pride in prompt shipment. In the event that items need to be backordered we will advise you of estimated shipping dates. We prefer to ship Internet orders complete but if you chose to have us ship and backorder we will do so. There will be additional freight charges for shipping the backordered products. Please note that your card is charged for the full amount of the order upon check out. This includes the estimated freight charges for shipping the order complete.

Order Tracing

If your order has not arrived within the designated time frame, call a customer service representative at 800-321-1037. We will be happy to find out the status of your order for you.

Hazardous Materials

Material Safety Data Sheets are available for all products determined by OSHA to be Hazardous Substances. If you need a MSDA sheet for a product purchased from Terra Tech, call 800-321-1037.

Mailing Lists

At Terra Tech we respect the privacy concerns of our customers. The names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses of our customers will not be sold, rented or loaned for any purpose. To receive future Terra Tech catalogs and correspondence, notify us of changes in business names and contact information.

Replacement Parts

Replacement parts are available for many products. Please use the manufacturers number or our catalog number when ordering. For products for which this catalog does not show part lists, additional information can be faxed or mailed to you.

Competitive Bids & Price Quotes

On request, Terra Tech will promptly furnish price quotes for quantity purchases or to fulfill your organizations policy requirements. Phone, mail, fax or e-mail your request. Unless otherwise noted, quoted prices include shipping to your destination and are good for a period of thirty days.

Accounts

Credit terms are available for firms that can furnish acceptable references. If you want to establish credit terms, please complete the Credit Application, under Account Setup and email it to us. All orders placed on credit accounts are subject to approval by our credit department.

Warranties

Limited Warranty 
except as described under Returns. There are no express warranties or implied warranties including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Terra Tech, LLC shall not be subject to and disclaims all consequential or incidental damages claimed to result from use of our products.
